- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tbsp oregano

- 1/4 cup chipotle BBQ sauce (Kinders Black Cherry Chipotle recommended)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Generously season your chuck roast on all sides with beef rub, salt, and pepper or carne asada seasoning.
