Ingredients
- 1 portion pizza dough, enough for one 12-inch pizza
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 4–5 strips bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- ½ cup Rao’s Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives, for garnish
- Cornmeal or semolina flour, for dusting the pizza peel
How to Make Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza

Step 1: Prep the Toppings
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and toss it generously with Italian seasoning.
- Cook the bacon until crisp, drain it, and crumble it into bite-size pieces.
- Measure the Alfredo sauce and mozzarella before stretching the dough so assembly moves quickly.
Step 2: Preheat the Blackstone E-Series Pizza Oven
- Set the oven to 650°F (343°C).
- Allow the rotating stone to preheat completely and evenly before launching the pizza.
Step 3: Stretch the Dough
- Dust a pizza peel with cornmeal or semolina flour so the dough releases easily.
- Stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on the prepared peel.
- Give the peel a gentle shake before topping to confirm that the dough slides freely.
Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
- Spread ½ cup Rao’s Alfredo Sauce across the dough, leaving a narrow border for the crust.
- Scatter the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Layer on the Italian-seasoned rotisserie chicken.
- Finish with the crumbled bacon.
- Sprinkle with the chopped fresh chives.
Step 5: Bake
- Carefully launch the pizza onto the rotating stone.
- Close the glass door and bake at 650°F for 4 minutes, until the crust is charred in spots and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Watch through the door near the end of the bake, as dough thickness and topping temperature can affect browning.
Step 6: Finish and Serve
- Remove the pizza from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board.
- Let the pizza stand for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
Tips for the Best Alfredo Pizza
- Keep the sauce layer even. Too much Alfredo can make the center heavy and difficult to launch.
- Use fully cooked toppings. The 4-minute bake is designed to heat and brown the pizza, not cook raw chicken or bacon.
- Work quickly after shaping. The longer topped dough sits on the peel, the more likely it is to stick.
- Check the glide. Shake the peel gently before launch. If one area catches, lift the edge and add a small pinch of cornmeal or semolina beneath it.
- Drain the bacon well. Crisp, well-drained pieces keep excess grease off the pizza.
- Garnish after baking. Fresh chives stay bright and flavorful when added at the end.
Weeknight Pizza-Oven Comfort
Creamy Alfredo sauce, seasoned chicken, smoky bacon, and stretchy mozzarella make this a rich, crowd-pleasing pizza with minimal prep. With a hot rotating stone and a few convenient ingredients, dinner is ready in minutes.
