I have been making this chicken for 15 years and it never gets old… even the kids will love it.

Whiskey Chicken
Whiskey, pineapple, brown sugar glaze make up this delicious and quick dinner in 20 minutes!
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup whiskey and one shot for the cook (wink)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce I prefer dark soy
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped optional for garnish
Instructions
- Heat pan on med-high. Add oil to the pan. Toss in chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink.
- While the chicken is cooking mix together the glaze. In small bowl whisk the pineapple, whiskey, brown sugar, soy, garlic, and pepper
- Add to the chicken and stir. Scrape up any brown bits from the pan. Cook on med-high heat for 10 minutes or until the glaze has thickened.
- Serve and ENJOY!
