Whiskey Chicken

Whiskey, pineapple, brown sugar glaze make up this delicious and quick dinner in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup whiskey and one shot for the cook (wink)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce I prefer dark soy
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat pan on med-high. Add oil to the pan. Toss in chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink.
  • While the chicken is cooking mix together the glaze.
    In small bowl whisk the pineapple, whiskey, brown sugar, soy, garlic, and pepper
  • Add to the chicken and stir. Scrape up any brown bits from the pan. Cook on med-high heat for 10 minutes or until the glaze has thickened.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
