Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cups soy sauce
- 1 /2 tsp ground ginger
- 5 tsp minced garlic or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉
- In a medium bowl combine the ground beef, panko, green onions, oyster sauce, garlic, egg, ginger paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
Teriyaki Sauce
- This one is really simple. Combine all the teriyaki ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk until smooth and let it thicken. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until it has thickened. If the sauce is too thick add 1/2 cup water to thin it out.
- Now add the meatballs and let them nice and coated. I let them simmer for a couple minutes then serve with jasmine rice and fresh green onions. (optional)
- ENJOY!
