In a medium bowl combine the ground beef, panko, green onions, oyster sauce, garlic, egg, ginger paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
Teriyaki Sauce
This one is really simple. Combine all the teriyaki ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk until smooth and let it thicken. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until it has thickened. If the sauce is too thick add 1/2 cup water to thin it out.
Now add the meatballs and let them nice and coated. I let them simmer for a couple minutes then serve with jasmine rice and fresh green onions. (optional)
