We will then top with extra strawberries, whip cream, sliced almonds, and of course maple syrup. YUM! You can add a bit of powdered sugar to finish it off if you like.

French toast

How lovely is that?! I really like using brioche bread for French toast, but you can use any type of bread you fancy. I know it looks a little complicated, but I promise it is easy. We will be using a cream cheese cheat to cut down time. You can definitely just whip some fresh strawberries in plain cream cheese, but I am in LOVE with Tillamook seriously strawberry cream cheese. It is SO good. I am a fan of all things strawberry really. Just look at that creamy middle!

Best of all, my French toast mix is really yummy for all types of French toast. It is my base go-to recipe that I like to use for all my recipes. I hope you enjoy it.
