Ground beef sliders
SLIDERS! Savory little baby meat burgers.  

This recipe is perfect for parties, holidays, appetizers, Superbowl, and anytime really. By browning the meat instead of making patties, we save so much time. The beef is seasoned with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. 

 To bind the meat together we will be using slices of Havarti and Cheddar cheese. The special ingredient is the sauce.  

Sauce  

½ cup mayonnaise  

1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar  

½ tsp black pepper  

It is creamy, a bit tangy and compliments the cheese blend and savory meat. I love these little beefy delights just the way they are but if you would like some toppings, I recommend caramelized onions and dill pickles.

Ground Beef Sliders

Easy sheet pan sliders are made with ground beef with Havarti, and Cheddar cheese. Special sauce is spread on golden brown Hawaiian rolls makes these a winner with the kids too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
  • 5-7 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 5 slices Havarti cheese
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12) pack I like to use the savory butter ones.
  • 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 5 tbsp. butter, melted
  • pickles optional garnish
  • Caramelized onions   optional garnish

Instructions

  • Mix the special sauce and set aside.
    In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Now to the beef.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until it is no longer pink. Drain and return back to the pan.
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix and remove from the heat.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°
    Slice the rolls open. Place on a baking sheet. Brush with half of the butter.
    Now layer the bottom roll with Havarti cheese. Cover all spaces.
  • Next goes all the beef. Spread evenly all over the rolls. Then the bacon.
  • The cheddar cheese goes on top of the beef.
  • Before topping the rolls, Spread on the special sauce. Cover well.
  • Top then brush with the tops with the remaining butter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  • When done, slice into 12 sliders.
