The best part of these cookies is they are incredibly easy to make. They are also gluten free, but I promise that no flavor is compromised. In fact they are so soft and peanut buttery. These are a family favorite and I tell ya, they never last long.

Peanut Butter COOKIES! Gluten Free!
Super soft and packed with so much flavor, these are a family favorite that won't last long!
Servings: 24
Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- In a mixing bowl ad the peanut butter and sugar. Mix together until smooth. Add the eggs and beat.
- Next goes the vanilla and baking powder. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Using the back of a fork, make a criss cross mark on the cookie dough
- A good but gentle press.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Try not to eat them all!
- Store in a air tight container for 5 days.
