Peanut Butter COOKIES! Gluten Free!

Ingredients

peanut butter

white sugar

tsp
baking powder

eggs

tsp
real vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a mixing bowl ad the peanut butter and sugar. Mix together until smooth. Add the eggs and beat.
Next goes the vanilla and baking powder. Mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Using the back of a fork, make a criss cross mark on the cookie dough
A good but gentle press.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool then transfer to a cooling rack.
Try not to eat them all!
Store in a air tight container for 5 days.
