Peanut Butter COOKIES! Gluten Free!

Super soft and packed with so much flavor, these are a family favorite that won't last long!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp real vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • In a mixing bowl ad the peanut butter and sugar. Mix together until smooth. Add the eggs and beat.
  • Next goes the vanilla and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  • Using the back of a fork, make a criss cross mark on the cookie dough
  • A good but gentle press.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool then transfer to a cooling rack.
  • Try not to eat them all!
  • Store in a air tight container for 5 days.
