This scrumptious wonton soup is made in 15 minutes with a store-bought cheat, frozen wontons! Â
The soup is made with shitake mushrooms, Bok choy, green onions, fresh and garlic.
Mini frozen wontons, a flavorful broth, topped with chili oil, sesame seeds, fresh green onions, and cilantro. Â
Wontons –Â
Here is the brand and flavor I like to use. The minis are perfect as you can eat them in one spoonful. Â
Broth – Â
I love this broth as it is already seasoned. I also add soy sauce, and sometimes Bachan’s Japanese hot and spicy BBQ sauce. If you cannot find this broth, I would recommend chicken broth and add in ginger with extra soy. Â
This soup comes together so quick and is perfect for weeknights and cold rainy days. Â
Let’s get started!Â
