The EASIEST sheet pan chicken that has crunch and great flavor.
This has been one of my easy peasy family favorites for years. It is so simple and versatile plus done in 30 minutes! It can be eaten alone with a salad, or vegetables or used in a plethora of different dishes. I like to use this chicken in salads, pastas, wraps, and sandwiches.
I use chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise, then season with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in Italian dressing. Newmans Own or Ken’s dressing is my go-to. Dip on both sides and then dredge in Italian style breadcrumbs. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake. BOOM! That is, it.
Look at that crunch!
TIP-
Italian style breadcrumbs are key as they have so many seasonings already in the mix to add flavor. I use the Progresso brand. It is easy to find in most grocery stores.
Okay let’s get started!
