You read that right, the JUICEST! Easy sweet corn is boiled and ready to serve with melted butter and seasonings.
I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love corn. It can be prepared many ways, but THIS is my absolute fool proof way to get the perfect ear of corn every time. Now if you are going to grill it I recommend doing this method 1st and then getting a nice char on the grill after. The best part is that it is so easy to do too! Just look at that juiciness.
Steamy kernels right out of the pot. Now what is the secret you ask? Well, buttermilk! I add 2 cups of buttermilk to a large stock pot of water and boil for 10 minutes. It makes the perfect corn on the cob every single time. It is quite magic actually. I like to pour on melted butter as soon as I pull from the pot and dress with spices. Salt, pepper, paprika, and fresh minced parsley. It is a dream combo.
Let’s get started!
