Ingredients

Sweet corns on the cob with husks removed.

Buttermilk
1/3
cup
butter
I love Tillamook Sea salted extra creamy butter.

tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
1/2
tsp
paprika
1/2
tbsp.
parsley, minced.
Instructions
In a large stock pot, fill with water 3/4 a way full.
Add 2 cups of buttermilk and put on high heat.
Once the water mix begins to boil, carefully add the corn.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Remove after 10 minutes. Then add to a plate or platter.
Pour on the butter and spices evenly on all the corn cobs.
