Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs

Tender ribs so soft they will slide right off the bone!

To smoke these ribs, I use a Kamado Joe smoker. You can use any smoker you desire. I love pork ribs the best with this specific recipe. It is so flavorful; it just can’t be beaten! There are so many meat rubs out in the market but my go-to is Tucker’s Pepper Company-The Competition Rub. This has the perfect blend, and it pairs perfectly with my homemade BBQ sauce.

The rub goes amazingly on steak and burgers as well. All around delicious for so many different purposes. I am also obsessed with hot sauces WOW. They are located in Nashville, but you can order online. I am not affiliated with the company at all, I just love all of their products. You can look them up here-  https://tuckerspeppers.com/

BBQ Sauce-

You can use any sauce you like but if you have an extra 20 minutes, I highly recommend making this one from scratch. It pairs PERFECTLY with the rub.

Here is the link for that recipe-   Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce!

As for the ribs, we will be smoking them for 6 hours. Wrap halfway through, sauce at the end and devour!
