Pork ribs, membrane removed.
Favorite rub
I love competition rub from Tucker's Pepper Company
Sweet BBQ sauce

Instructions
Prep the smoker and get the temperature to 250℉
Remove the membrane from the ribs then pat dry with papertowels on both sides.
Pour some rub on the back side and pat into the meat. Flip and cover with more rub. Pat and press the rub into the meat. Cover well.
Put on the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
Remove and wrap the ribs well in foil.
Then put back on the smoker for 2 1/2 hours.
After 2 1/2 hours is up unwrap the ribs carefully. Now put back onto the smoker and slather the top side in BBQ sauce.
Cook for a half hour more.
Remove, wrap in foil, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and ENJOY!
