Not only is this quick and delicious, it is sure to satisfy even the picky pork eaters!
I wasn’t joking when I said easy too… I buy a pre marinated peppercorn tenderloin, get a nice sear in a pan then pop it in the oven.
Mix up the amazing dijon garlic sauce and pour over it. VIOLA! I like to serve with a fresh salad. Spinach-feta with strawberries, a caramelized nut, and raspberry vinaigrette pairs perfectly with it!

Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Dijon Sauce
Simple and delicious dinner that is sure to please even the picky pork eaters!
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 19 ounce Peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Set the oven to 425°
- In a cast iron pan or one large enough to hold the tenderloin heat to a med-high temp.
- Lightly drizzle w olive oil. Add the pork and sear on all sides.
- Move the pan to the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until done (Follow the package directions)
- Remove the tenderloin and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the sauce ingredients.
- Slice the tenderlion, plate and pour a even amount of sauce on all the plates
- ENJOY!
