Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Dijon Sauce

- 19 ounce Peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Set the oven to 425°
In a cast iron pan or one large enough to hold the tenderloin heat to a med-high temp.
Lightly drizzle w olive oil. Add the pork and sear on all sides.
Move the pan to the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until done (Follow the package directions)
Remove the tenderloin and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
Whisk the sauce ingredients.
Slice the tenderlion, plate and pour a even amount of sauce on all the plates
