Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 19 ounce Peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 425°
  • In a cast iron pan or one large enough to hold the tenderloin heat to a med-high temp.
  • Lightly drizzle w olive oil. Add the pork and sear on all sides.
  • Move the pan to the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until done (Follow the package directions)
  • Remove the tenderloin and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk the sauce ingredients.
  • Slice the tenderlion, plate and pour a even amount of sauce on all the plates
