Perogies and Chili

This super easy dinner is store bought and a great week night meal!

Inspired by the local pierogi food trucks here in Portland I decided to make this one for dinner and it was so satisfying. Now I know making these from scratch would elevate the meal, however we don’t always have time to do that so here is what you need to throw it all together.

  • Frozen cheddar perogies, I buy Mrs. T’s brand
  • Canned chili, I love anything spicy
  • Cheddar cheese (Tillamook is the best)
  • Sour cream
  • Chives
  • Hot sauce

My tip for cooking the pierogies is to use the oven, they get puffed up and have the perfect crunchy outside with creamy delicious insides.

Okay, let’s get started!
