Lavender Lemonade

Lavender is my favorite flower/herb. I use it as often as possible in my cooking and I keep dried lavender around my home year round. It is said that if you keep lavender in your home it will bring peace, joy, and healing.

Attracts friendship, love, cooperation with your lover. (who doesn’t need help there). Use in baths for purifying, helps you sleep and even if you don’t believe any of that it simply smells amazing fresh cut!

I visited my favorite little lavender farm today and the moment we drove up my body became calm and the whole mood of the day changed. There is something so magical about lavender fields and being out on a farm on a beautiful day. I am lucky as I live in the PNW and we have so many amazing farms here.

Here are some pics to enjoy of my day.

Such a beautiful fun farm. The owners are a married couple who you can just see love what they do. Definitely goals! I told my husband my dream is to own a farm with all the animals, lavender, and vineyard so I can open my own little winery with lavender soaps, candles, and creams I make… Oh to dream!

Well after we got home I made my us all lavender lemonades. It is a summer favorite for us and even my picky teenager loves them.

Super easy and delicious.

Let’s get started!
