Appetizers Sides

JO JO’S!

Or potato wedge as others call it.

Jo jo’s are a Pacific Northwest staple and one of my favorite childhood foods.
Fried with spices like paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg batter. It creates a crispy outside and creamy delicious middle.

You can find them at grocery deli’s, bars, and gas stations all over the PNW.
My recipe is really easy and has a fried chicken style batter that is soooo yummy,
easy to make, and a even better to eat!

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. I like fry sauce.
1/2 cup mayo & 1/4 cup ketchup.
