Fryer or Dutch oven
Any pot deep enough to fry safely will do
Ingredients

russet potatoes, peeled, and cut into wedges
1/2
cup
flour
gf can be used
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/4
tsp
paprika
3/4
tsp
lemon pepper
1
egg, beaten
Instructions
In 2 bowls mix the dry ingredients all together and beat the egg in the other bowl.
Heat a deep or fryer/Dutch oven to 375° with vegetable oil. (About 3 inches)
Dip the potatoes in the egg .
Then into the flour batter
Coat well and shake off excess.
Fry in small batches until golden. About 5-7 minutes. Move to cooling rack or on paper towels.
Serve hot with favorite dipping sauce. I love to make fry sauce.
