Sauces & Dressings

Homemade Worcestershire Sauce

This is a simple no fermentation sauce with no corn syrup and tastes absolutely amazing. 1 batch will last a long time and is my secret flavor ingredient to my cooking. It is nothing like the store bought sauce and you will taste such a delightful and healthy burst of flavor in your dishes.

Lets get saucing!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar ( i use braggs)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

Directions:

Simply whisk together all ingredient in a mixing bowl. Pour into a dressing bottle or keep in a mason jar. I refrigerate mine but i can also be kept in pantry. Give it a try and see how different your recipes turn out!

ENJOY!
