Healthy Frozen Yogurt Bark!

A perfect Summer treat you will feel good about eating!

This fun treat is so easy to make and can have so many variations. I like to make and freeze in freezer bags for easy portioning. Plus it can get messy so its great to send the kids outside with a baggy for snack time.

For this recipe I used Greek yogurt. You can use plain or vanilla. Organic honey, I used Noonbrew. It has so many healthy benefits including immune support. (You can purchase online) Fresh blueberries, chopped white chocolate, and chopped pecans.

How to make-

Spread 3/4 a large container of Greek yogurt on a parchment sheet. You can line a baking sheet or large cutting board. (Make sure it fits in the freezer)

Spread 1/4in thin.

Drizzle on about 1/4 cup honey over the top.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped chocolate (dark or white)

A couple handfuls of fresh blueberries.

A handful of chopped pecans.

Freeze for 2-3 hours, then chop, and store in baggies.

ENJOY!

You can use any fruit, nut combo. They are all delicious.
