One of my go-to dishes for 10 years now and always a favorite among guests. Or eat it by yourself on a weeknight while no one is looking, I won’t tell!

This cold pasta dish is a perfect for parties, and always best after you let it sit for 4 hours or overnight. It lets all the flavors blend together with a amazing outcome.

Ingredients

  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup black olives, chopped in half or smaller
  • 1 cup pepperoni, thinly sliced into strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped roma tomatoes
  • 2 tsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tsp oregano, chopped or 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 sugar or swerve

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and let cool
  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
  • ENJOY!
