This cold pasta dish is a perfect for parties, and always best after you let it sit for 4 hours or overnight. It lets all the flavors blend together with a amazing outcome.Â

Greek Goddess Pasta
The best cold Greek pasta that is perfect for any party, bbq, or event this Spring/Summer!
Servings: 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 box bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup black olives, chopped in half or smaller
- 1 cup pepperoni, thinly sliced into strips
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped roma tomatoes
- 2 tsp basil, chopped
- 2 tsp oregano, chopped or 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 sugar or swerve
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and let cool
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
