BRUNCH!

Focaccia Egg Toast

A fun twist on egg in a hole toast by using freshly made focaccia bread.

Toast really got a facelift over the last few years and has been a popular breakfast meal with avocado, meats, eggs, cheeses, and vegetables as toppings. I am all for it as I love bread. I decided to take it up a notch by using my homemade focaccia! Focaccia is one of my favorites to make and eat. So many flavors that work with various dishes.
