This is my Hawaiian hubby’s favorite! We are big fans of meatballs around here and I love the ease of frozen meatballs on a busy day.
The sauce is SO good and works so well with the salsa. Rice is a must in our home and it accompanies the dish so well! Sometimes we add potstickers or egg rolls as a side. You can make the meatballs in large batches for pot lucks too.
For fun I made the salsa with fresh pineapple and served in one half hollowed out. Great presentation for guests or BBQ’s!
