Beef Yakisoba Stir Fry

Beef stir fry
If you are a stir fry and steak lover, this is the dish for you!

We will be stir frying strips of sirloin, with fresh broccoli, sweet bell pepper, mushrooms, and udon noodles. All of this is kissed with my homemade sauce that is so DELICOUS.

What’s in the sauce?

Simple yet savory ingredients.

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Ginger paste
  • ¼-½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced thin

Whisk to combine. It is that easy.

Of course, I always like a extra bit of heat at the end so a nice drizzle of sriracha sauce goes well right before eating. You can leave that to each individual. That is the wonderful part of this recipe, there is so much flavor on its own.

Noodles-

I buy Udon noodles from the refrigerator section at the grocery store. They come with a sauce packet. I just toss that packet. The noodles makes it very convenient for weeknight dinners. They are thick, toothsome, and make the perfect bite with strips of beef. You can always get pre-cut or frozen vegetables too but if you have time to chop, fresh is best. Doesn’t that look yummy?

Let’s get started!
