Fresh basil makes the perfect addition to this beautiful aioli.
It is such an easy way to add flavor to dishes and especially during summer when basil is in abundance. I absolutely love it on roasted vegetables, as a dip, for French fries, and a spread for sandwiches or burgers. It is so easy to make and stores in the refrigerator for a few weeks. Sometimes I like to add red pepper flakes to make it a bit spicy. We will simply blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender or in a regular blender.
Okay let’s get started!
