Ingredients
124 ozTurkey breasts
2tbspDijon mustard
2tbsphoney
1tspthyme, dried or fresh
1tsporegano, dried
1tsprosemary, fresh minced
2garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
1tsppepper
1tspsalt
1/4cupwhite cooking wine
1/2tsplemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix together the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Set breasts inside and season with salt and pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons of sauce and brush remaining on the turkey breasts.
Pour 1/4 cup of white cooking wine or chicken broth in the bottom of the pan and cook for 45 minutes. Thermometer needs to read 165°
After the turkey reaches 165 degrees, remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and plate, Spoon the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with lemon zest!
