ripe or over ripe bananas, mashed

brown sugar

Topping
1/3
cup
brown sugar

flour

butter, room temp

sliced almonds

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
Lightly butter or spray a bread loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl. Set aside
In a separate large bowl beat the 1/2 cup of butter and 3/4 cup of brown sugar with an electric mixer, kitchen aid, or by hand.
Now add the mashed bananas, eggs, spices, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour the flour mix in with the banana mash and stir until combined.
Pour into the bread loaf pan.
To make the topping combine all the ingredients and mash together with a fork to get a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle evenly on top of the batter
Add the sliced almonds.
Bake for 40-60 minutes
Store in an airtight container for 2 days or refrigerate up to 4-5 days
