- 3 cups chicken or turkey broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
In a saucepan over med-high heat pour in 3 cups of broth and the wine.
Bring to a boil whisking continually. Slowly add the flour and continue to whisk until all the flour is incorporated.
Continue whisking, turn to medium heat. The liquid will start to thicken.
Add all of the seasoning and continue whisking until it has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Transfer to a gravy dish.
