1tbspsiracha or favorite hot sauce optional for spicy lovers
2green onions, thinly sliced
soba or angel hair noodles, prepared.
2tbsp peanut oil
Instructions
Heat a wok or large pan with peanut oil, on med - high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until not longer pink and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
In medium bowl combine the peanut butter, ketchup, water, soy, fish sauce, garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and siracha (optional) Whisk well.
In the wok, move the chicken to the sides of the pan, add a bit more oil and toss in the noodles. Stir fry for a few minutes and pour on the creamy sauce. Stir fry until well combined. If the sauce is too thick add a bit more warm water to loosen it up.
Serve with chopped peanuts, green onions, and extra siracha! Enjoy.
