A light and delicious pizza made with French cheese, mushrooms, deli ham, topped with arugula, and oregano!

Ingredients
pizza dough

tbsp.
olive oil for drizzling

cup
pizza sauce

slices
thin cut black forest ham, sliced into bite size pieces
5
button mushrooms, sliced thinly
1/4
cup
shredded parmesan cheese
3/4
wedge
fromager d'Affinois cheese, cut into chunks
can be found in most large grocery stores
1/2 - 1
cup
baby arugula
1/2- 1
tsp
dried oregano
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400°
Roll out the dough to desired size and thickness.
Drizzle with olive oil. Now spread the pizza sauce.
Add the ham around the pie, as even as possible. Next goes the mushrooms, followed by the cheese. The cheese is a bit gooey but do the best you can.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked
Remove from the oven and top with arugula, parmesan and oregano.
