Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix together, if it feels way to wet add a little more bread crumbs, but just a bit. We want it to be wet.
Take about a tablespoon of meat mix and form it into a little patty, add a cheese ball in the middle, a little more meat and form a ball. Continue with the rest.
If cooking on the stove , heat on med heat and pour in a bit of olive oil. Cook for d15 minutes. Turning a couple times to cover all sides. They should be brown and ready. Check by cutting one open or using a thermometer that reads 165°
If baking, set oven to 350° Cook for 15 minutes, turning once. Depending on the size, they should be brown and ready. Check by cutting one open or using a thermometer that reads 165°
Let them rest on paper towels for 5 minutes and then serve!
