Instructions
To start, cut the pound cake into thick, 1 inch slices.
On a hot cooking surface, grill, griddle, cast iron pan, or even the toaster/oven cook the pound cake slices until golden brown. Don't over toast but we do want that lovely start of a crust forming. About 2 minutes on each side.
Ok and that's the end of the cooking part.
To assemble, plate the slice on a plate. Add a big scoop (or 2) of mint chocolate chip ice cream and top with chocolate syrup. THAT IS IT!
