cloves garlic, minced

shallot, minced

Italian seasoning

Worcestershire sauce

tomato sauce or marinara

breadcrumbs/ Italian style

egg

mustard
yellow or Dijon

rosemary, minced

bacon bits

Prepared mashed potatoes

GLAZE
1/2
cup
ketchup
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1
tbsp
mustard
Dijon or yellow mustard
1/2
tbsp
TRUFF hot sauce
or any hot sauce you like
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease a Jumbo cupcake pan and set aside
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, shallow, Italian seasoning, ketchup, salt, pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce
Mix the glaze in a small bowl, pour half of the mix evenly in the bottom pan of each cup (usually makes about 4-6 cups)
Press a even amount of meat mix into the cupcake about 3/4 full.
Cook for 35 minutes.
With the remaining glaze, brush on top of the meat cups.
Cook for 10 minutes more or until done. 165° on a thermometer
Scoop or pipe on with a piping bag the mashed potato mix. Top with rosemary or bacon bits. Or even both!
