Green salad with soy-chile dressing
This Korean style salad makes the perfect side dish or main with protein added.

- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
In a medium sized bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Whisk the dressing ingredients. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
To serve, pour the dressing on top of the salad and toss... serve immediately.
