Ingredients
8ouncesLinguine rice noodles. They come in a 16 ounce package. So use half unless you are doubling the recipe
3green onions, sliced
2tbspcilantro, finely minced
1 heaping tsp.garlic, minced
1tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2tbsp.black sesame seeds You can use white but the black have more flavor and a stronger crunch.
1/2 - 1tsp.cayenne pepper 1/2-1 tsp depending on how spicy you like it. I usually do 1/2.
1/2tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp.light soy sauce I use low sodium
2tsprice vinegar
1/4cupNeutral oil. I use Avocado oil.
Instructions
Prep by getting the green onions and cilantro chopped.
In large bowl add the green onions, cilantro, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, sesame seeds, soy, and rice vinegar.
In a small saucepan add 1/4 cup oil. Cook on low and move to the next step.
Now get a large pot filled with water and get it boiling.
Add half the package of noodles to boiling water, Cook, while stirring every once in a while so they don't stick together. Cook for 6 minutes and then drain.
Toss the noodles in with the other ingredients and top with the hot oil.
