Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp white onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp celery, diced
  • 1 large dill pickle, diced
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill minced
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate an hour to overnight. Serve on toasted sourdough bread.
