Roll each half into a ball and place in a cast iron or baking dish. I place the 1st layer about 1/2 inch apart then just drop the rest on top and make them even.
Melt the butter and mix the garlic powder in. Brush the balls with half of the butter mix and top with the cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden
While they are still hot brush the biscuits with the remaining butter. Now top with the parsley.
You can eat right out of the pan or move to a serving plate.
