Ingredients

cabbage, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2
white or yellow onion, chopped
1/2
bunch
celery, chopped

red bell pepper, chopped

cup
carrots, chopped

cup
green onion, chopped

cloves garlic, chopped
4
roma tomatoes, chopped
canned or fresh

envelope onion soup

tomato juice

broth
vegetable or chicken

garlic powder

oregano

tsp
poultry seasoning
few dashes of tapatio
OPTIONAL

worcheshire

olive or avocado oil
Instructions
In a large sauce pan or stock pot over medium high, saute the all of the vegetables EXCEPT the cabbage.
Cook until the onions are translucent or about 8 minutes. Add the cabbage.
Now add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well
Bring to a boil. Then lower to a simmer and cook for 1 hour.
