Fresh peaches, whiskey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, and some ginger make this super flavorful glaze. It is quite a dream on smoked pork tenderloin!
You can use this glaze for many different pork and chicken dishes. Baked, grilled, or smoked. For this photo I smoked pork tenderloin. I used a Kamado Joe and smoked them for 2 1/2 hours. Rubbed 1st with pepper, paprika, and salt. The last 20 minutes before the pork was done, I brushed generously with the glaze, so it created a beautiful crust. Then poured on after with a little extra for dipping. Because I am all about that sauce life!
Doesn’t that look wonderful? Again, you can use many different cooking methods/meats for this glaze. It is delicious!

- You can use the glaze to brush on the meat while cooking or pour on after, or both!
