An exquisite sandwich made with deli turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, avocado slices, cheddar cheese, clover spouts, and a homemade spicy mayonnaise with fresh herbs.
This is one extraordinary sandwich that I love to make quite often. The homemade mayo is what makes this sandwich so special, and it is quite easy to make. In fact, I love making this on a regular basis to store and add herbs and seasoning to different recipes. You can find my recipe and add on ideas here- Homemade Mayonnaise
Check out that beauty! My whole family loves it when I make them. The wonderful thing is they travel well too. Especially with good sturdy bread. I like to use a French bread loaf. You can roll the sandwich up in parchment paper for picnics, hiking, or wherever you plan to take this for chowing down on. It can also be a great dinner. I like to make it with soup, potato salad, jo jo potatoes, or some good old fashioned salty potato chips!
