Melty chocolate with toasted marshmallows ready to dip with a graham crackers makes the perfect treat any time!
The best part of Summer is arguably making smores around a campfire . Well now you can enjoy them any time with this super easy and fun dip. The kids will go crazy for it plus I love to add caramel in the mix to really make it special. You can bake in small single serving dishes like my mini cast iron pan or even in a larger serving with any baking dish. I like to toast the marshmallows separately with a kitchen torch but if you want to save time, just pop it all in the oven together, get it toasty and get to dipping!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag caramel candy chews
- 1 bag mini marshmallow
- Graham crackers ( I like the honey ones)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- In a baking dish or mini single serving dish, add the chocolate chips If using single servings, distribute a even amount in each dish.
- Pop in some caramel chews with the chocolate. I do 3-4 per dish or about 15 in a larger dish.
- Bake in the oven until melty (about 10 minutes) Add the marshmallows and toast with a kitchen torch OR Top with marshmallows before baking and then bake all together until the marshmallows are a golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven dip away with the graham crackers.
- ENJOY!
