Summer in a bowl!
This is one of my favorite things to serve during a sizzling summer day. Fresh cut peaches with burrata, chive oil, fresh mint, and sea salt. It is sweet, savory, and SCRUMPTIOUS! Cherries are delicious to add to the mix as well. I love to serve it as an appetizer. You can buy chive oil or make it fresh. Here is my recipe –Chive oil
Do yourself a favor and give this dish a try, it is a game changer!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 ripe peaches, sliced.
- 1 medium sized burrata
- Chive oil
- 1 tbsp. Fresh mint, chopped.
- ½ tsp. Sea salt
Directions:
- Clean the peaches, then slice into bite size pieces.
- In the center of a plate or shallow bowl, add the burrata.
- Display the peaches around the cheese.
- Drizzle on 2-3 tbsp. of chive oil.
- Sprinkle on fresh mint and finish with sea salt.
