Tasty and simple this dressing is a dream on a boring salad.
I love to mix this up and use on my meals for the week. It is my favorite salad dressing but also makes a fabulous marinade for chicken and white fish. Don’t sleep on this one, get to whisking!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced finely
- 5 tbsp red wine vinegar, good quality
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 1/4 tsp oregano, dried,
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Simply whisk all the ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks.
