Easy peasy no bake healthy treats that everyone will love!
I know there a million versions of these “energy balls” or bites BUT this is how I do it. Dried cherries add a little tart and chewiness to mix and we love that!
Recipe:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions:
- To a medium sized bowl add all of the ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll into bite sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container.
- ENJOY!
