Using a frozen bag of cheese raviolis we will transform the usual boiled ravioli into a fried dream. Plus we are using the air fryer so say bye bye to all the added fat from traditional frying.
I like to dip mine in pizza sauce and grate from a block of aged Parmesan cheese, you know to add a little chefs kisses…WINK.

10 Minute Air Fried Raviolis
Delicious and healthy version of fried raviolis
Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen cheese raviolis
- 1 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- pizza sauce for dipping
- grated Parmesan cheese topping
Instructions
- Using 2 shallow bowls add the milk in one and the breadcrumbs in the second.
- Dip a ravioli in the milk, let the excess drip off then move to the breadcrumbs, coat well on both sides. We want a nice even thin layer.
- Shake off the excess and lay on a large plate or baking sheet. Continue with the remaining raviolis.
- Air fry on a single layer for 10 minutes at 400°
- Plate, sprinkle on the cheese and dip in the sauce.
